Thank You Silent for all your help too.
BK Members and non-members helped to make this event work out.
If the server keeps having good numbers in it, who knows what'll happen.

Hello Gents,
I played a few rounds this weekend on the crouch only server and had a blast.
Great job 2/4.
Take care all

It was a lot of fun while I was there. My only complaint is the massive amount of kicks I had to take care of, and I am sure others noticed that as well. Unavoidable though I guess. But it also seemed popular with non members as well.

I agree with Tet, still a good time though.

Really...that's the first negative comment....
Luke can change it back if if wants to.
But the server seems to be doing good for numbers.

Actually several ppl don't like it, Karow for one - who has commented previously about it, myself and a few others like three6 who didn't want to rain on anyone's parade.
BF 3 isn't a crouch game, there isn't a need to artificially slow it down, team play and playing the objectives will control the tempo of the game - just like hockey, playing a high flying team and need to slow the tempo, employ the trap / 1-3-1 - players aren't forced to skate on their knees.

It seems to stay empty when running regular type maps.
The other server only fills up for a few hours each evening.
Play on server 2 if you want.

I don't see why there is an issue with it being crouch when we have another server that isn't. The server activity appears to have jumped, and a lot of members like it.

personally I can enjoy crouch, however, I wouldn't mind just normal CQ too. My personal opinion is leave server 1 cq(or if new expansions are small maps too) have crouch events from time to time, but not constant crouch. I like a change from big maps, but not always such a drastic change. Hard to go from jets to crouching all the time lol. However, the crouch events have been fun too.

I would like to see this server return to it's non-crouch status (including a change to the name of the server).
It was nice for a special event, but after the past week it's been fairly empty when I'm online during prime time hours.
When it does have people playing while I'm on, the numbers tend to stay low, with a seemingly even number of players joining and getting kicked for running.
I'm going out of town for a week, but I'll be interested to see if anything changed after I return.
