NEED HELP WITH WAYS TO IMPROVE MY FPS IN GAME
I'M ONLY SHOWING 30-35 FPS NOW

Intel 2 quad q9300@2.50 ghz
video card nvidia gforce 9800gt
ram 6.00gb
system 64 bit vista

What are your processor, video card and monitor specs?
What resolution do you currently run in game?
Do you have vertical sync aka sync every frame, on?

thats wierd, i have tripple core, 4 gigs ram, 8800 gt and i get 70 with everything maxed

Check your in game settings.  If you have any AA settings on turn it off.  What resolution you running.

Make sure in the graphics settings you have "sync every frame" off. let me know if there is anything else you need i'll be glad to help on TS.
