I have been told that a way you can fix the "Server Disconnected" error is unplugging your modem for 45-60 seconds and that should clear up the backed up log. i guess doing the same to your router wouldnt hurt.
Cant guarantee this will work but its better than nothing.

Do you get this with just our server? If using Steam version, Verify your files. You can also enable your in-game console, try to connect, and if/when the connection fails, hit shift-tilde and use pageup/down to scroll up to the activity at teh time of the disconnect. It often gives more info on what exactly happened.

I have had some success with exiting the game and combing through your processes, killing anything and everything not absolutely essential to the OS including anything related to punkbuster. Clear out all the dead weight and I get in on the first try.
I am leaning toward the cause being related to one of the many updaters that could be running on our systems.

really youre gonna laugh about reviving an old thread on a continuous problem? lol okay well seeing as how nothing else ive tried that ive found in searches thru google have worked i thought i would check the site of the server it happens on. and i dont use steam version. i bought it a while ago. and its only ever been on this server..doesnt seem like any particular reason its just random. will check out the other thread post and mayb try closing everything next time it happens. thanks for the respect abram. and thanks for the possible help from everyone else.
