There's been a lot of announcements coming out of this years Gamescom including two recent ones for Call of Duty Ghosts. Infinity Ward first confirmed that Call of Duty Ghosts multiplayer games for the Xbox One console will be hosted on dedicated servers. It was later confirmed that dedicated servers would also power the multiplayer game for the PC version as well. There was no specific announcement made concerning PS3/PS4 or Xbox 360. The confirmation of dedicated servers for the PC version should be welcomed news by PC Gamers and has become a must have feature for PC versions ever since the lack of dedicated servers in 2009's Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 created a bit of backlash for Infinity Ward/Activision.
hope its true

Even if they are dedicated servers, they never specifically said that there will be "rentable" servers. So, we may have dedicated servers, but if BK can't rent a server, then we can't customize it or place or Polite and Friendly rules upon the server. This is what is still needing to be made known or not.

Probably not. Grant Collier is a totally self centered money hungry idiot. I'll not buy another infantile ward product until it hits the bargain bin.

If you read the post I put up about this you will see they talk about the main issue being "The cost for us to rent all the servers.". That tells me they will not be rent able servers they will be like black ops 2 where they are servers running the game but they still use the match maker system.
