It's been quite some time since I've attempted to contact someone via ticket, and I was hoping to hear back from someone regarding the post (attached below).  Please let me know if anything can be done.  Please don't leave me hanging.

I was recently banned from PoliteandFriendly.com 1 CROUCH, HC, All Weapons, All Perks, and I was hoping to regain access to the server. I apologize for any violation of rules which I may have committed (I'm assuming it was for my foul language). I've been a regular patron of your server, and would like to continue to support it. I'm not quite sure how your forum works, but my email address it jedwin102 [at] gmail [dot] com (if you need to send me a reply). I would appreciate a reply either way, as I understand that I may not receive what I am asking for.

ty for your concern on this matter... our senior staff will look into this.. and I want to ty for your support for our servers... sometimes we have a bad day and let the words fly... I hope our officers will look into this soon for you... as far as posting in the forums, there is no need.. the ticket will be addressed as we get many of these and our staff will get to it... your formal apology will definitely help the matter!!!

Thanks for the reply, Skellet.  Sorry for posting on here.  I'm simply concerned due to the amount of time that has passed.  It has almost been one month, and the ticket is still open.  I don't mean to sound impatient, but I was hoping to have at least heard something by now.
