just an update on astro

hey everyone things went well with surgery in a lot of pain but one day at a time
just wanted everyone to know I am out of the hospital ( took awhile of complaining lol )
but they let me out to spend the holidays with my family hope everyone enjoys their holiday and i hope to return to active duty real soon. Keep you stick on the ice EH!

Take it easy astro and heal up. Don't rush it and hurt your self. We will be here when you get back.

I'm not exactly the poster child of this sort of advice, but follow those docs orders, heal up right the first time and we'll be seeing you on the battlefield in tip top shape. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Astro- Have a great holiday... but I second and third the other advice here - do exactly what the doctors tell you to do and you should be ready to come home permanently soon enough!

forget all that lame advice about doin what the doctor says. He didnt earn his phd, he bought it!!! Anyway......this is my advice to you bud, eat, drink and be merry!!! YOLO man........YOLO!!!

Glad to hear the surgery went well and your pullin though like the trooper you are!!
So put some Texas Toast in your toaster and get better buddy!!!

Its great to hear that you're on your way to recovery astro - good to listen to your voice on t/s also, although I know first hand how uncomfortable is can be to talk a lot after having tubes crammed down your throat [ been there-
done that]  so don't over do the talking thing. But I can hear the relief in your voice from pre- surgery to post surgery, so just take it easy and don't rush your return to full service, and keep up that positive attitude. We're all
