Ok, here is some of the things I have observed
Loot - Little less than before with a kick, more of the rarer items about (M65 jackets , smersh vests etc.) and less of the very common stuff (sewing kits etc.)
Zombies - aggressive, quick, hard to beat down and more numbers, kicker, keeping a decent distance from them will allow you to move freely without threat (not saying go around without caution)
Example, today running the NE Airfield on the tarmac 1st run - 3 Z's cruzing around the vehicles (good loot) yes i did get to close and they came all 3 but 3 shots each with AK74u and down they go. next couple of runs keeping good distance but looting the vehicles no threats, no shots and did the whole airfield that way buildings vehicles and off to the hills
Tents (3man) - Unreliable at this time, seems several have just up and disappeared full, I did place an experimental tent by the NE AF with 40 rnds in it to see if it goes away, update later
In general yes there have been adjustments to the game play and frequencies of loot spawning. IMO it is an adaptive change as it would be in a RL situation (without the Zs) of stuff not always being at the same type of place, so look more like in areas that normally you would not look (outhouses - food / supplies, deer stands - food, ammo and clothing).
Look at it this way Vybor Mil Base always had a lot of gear there mostly an over abundance of regular common stuff and very little rare items now it is a little more equal page of loot
No i have not seen a zucchini, orange or bell peppers lol yet.
