it depend on what you are planning on doing.
i just ordered 2 Samsung 850 pro 256gb SSD's to run in raid and got a good price for the UK any way, by running them in raid 0 (I believe) it will act as on 512bg drive but making it faster to access the data.
most SSD's have similar read write, but costing can vary, what I do is check reviews on more professional sites, such as gaming hardware suppliers the people who buy from these places are generally very knowledgeable about these things. when i did my checks the SSD'd I'm getting had very good reviews, and seemed to have good reliability, but saying that i would never keep anything I didn't want to loose on an SSD, because if/when a SSD fails all data is lost no chance of recovery.
