REFORM Birthday Event brought to you by Charlie

We will start with a capture the flag map. - all weapons allowed
Then it will be REFORM vs BK - REFORM will have a pistol and everyone else
a bare bones bolt action rifle only.  No straight pull, no sights besides iron sights,
and no other attachments.
