Over a month ago, a SBB clan mate was banned for telling someone to go back to their home country. We talked to an admin in game and they said that they would look into it. We haven't heard back since. The clan mate is Toffeeboy. He never received a warning and did not view that was a racial comment. He is aware of the rules now and will not repeat the same error. The problem is that whenever he comes into BF 1, we have to leave Karma to go elsewhere so we can play together. That means that your server loses any from four to seven players at the same time. We would like to stay on your server but feel that it is more important to stay together as a clan. Thank you for listening.
