I am running a Dell XPS 8500 computer. It has an Intel I7 processor( 2.8 ) and running a GTX 1060 video card. The memory is still the original 8 gig of DDR3 1066 using 4 2gig modules. It appears at times I am maxing out the Ram. I am planning on going to 16 gig of the same DDR3 1066. I do not know if the 1333 and 1600 interchange and does it make a difference if the 16 gig is 4 4gig, 2 8gig or 1 16 gig?. The next question is does anyone have any for sale at a reasonable price

Personally i would populate the board with 4X4gb 1333
I reason that you will never need more than 16gb also if your board supports quad channel ram your all set, therefore 4X4gb
Also i doubt you will see any difference between the 1333 and 1600 as far as speed.
