Ok, this saddens and frustrates me, it only day 2 and some people are already accusing people of cheating and from what I have seen so far no-one i have played against or with has shown any sign of cheating.
The biggest reason i have heard from people is how did he know i was there, that's suspicious. The answer could be a couple of possibilities but as this is not hardcore the most likely is that you showed on the minimap, the second most likely is that it a common spot.
most of us are use to playing on hardcore and I'm sure we will be able to soon, but with just core the game plays differently minimap and compass can be utilized very effectively and with to improvements to the footsteps you can hear and see almost exactly where the enemy are and this also means your enemy know where you are.
head shots are your friend, a head shot with any weapon will win a gunfight against body shots in core at lease.
there is a lot of new stuff in the game from weapons to field upgrade to tacticals all of this stuff need to tried, tested and understood and I'm sure will be tweaked by the devs as soon as we start to get a grasp of them. along with these new features come some bug and also a learning curve (new controls, more controls etc) and we have all developed muscle memory for vangaurd and it will take a couple of weeks probable to develop them for this game.
now if you've got this far you might think this is just a little rant and your partly right, i also going to try and solve my problem by offering to hold a bootcamp for anyone interested well probable multiple bootcamps as there is a lot of stuff to cover.
I will also offer to create small videos or guides on particular points.
