Also, don't get it all twisted. SOME PHPBB are mobile-friendly (responsive), but not all are.

These THEMES have always been on everyone's account. I personally am running the Dark Pro MrT did it's awesome but i think he applied that to the default theme.
If you want to change the website theme, go to account then close to the top left select edit account, then scroll all the way to the bottom you will see a little tick and I believe there's like 4 or 5 you can choose from select one and then click submit.

and johnny is correct this theme has been available for a while and the old one is still available if you wish to switch back. just follow johnny's instructions.
also if any one finds any issues or has any suggestions please feel free to let me know.

Just FYI, you shouldn't need a separate link for a responsive site.
The site needed a forced refresh. It was old and extremely outdated. This one is much nicer.
