Hello,
first let me say, my english is not so good.
My wife play my profil too and one day she swore. She gots warning, but doesn´t understand this. I´ve talk with her and now (i hope) she is clean.
So i "must" play on server 2 and 3, but i want play on server1 too. I really like your server, its so realistic and mostly the admins make a good job. I hope you understand me and can help me.

Sure when the ban was restarted it was automatically put back in place I'll fix that today.

Sorry about that turns out when you unban someone threw Rcon it only lasts till the next time the server is restarted. I'll fix this in the next hour or two...
