Oh yeah. Now that I've had a chance to play some co-op with epbble, this game really shines.

well I can see where you might be led to believe that, Drycon. But I would really play it first and see how you like it. Obviously it is not for everyone. A lot of people here at BK are more the realistic gaming people who want a realistic warfare game like COD. COD is one of the best shooter games. But they have really made something amazing with Borderlands. I would say it is the best game to come out this year. It is so playable. You just sit down and start playing. The controls are flawless and you can move around in the world so freely, not buggy corners or boxes that are too high to jump to. It is really a game worth trying if you enjoy zombies or any kind of coop game.

oh and when Tetor and I joined this server last night, we started chasing each other with knives and I swear it came on my screen and said that Tetor wanted to slice my gizzard
I also saw an arena....not sure what they is but I'm guessing youre going to be able to fight each other too!

yea it does sound pretty cool, its technically not JUST an FPS, but an FPS/RPG, where you go on "quests" within your foursome and destroy monsters and enemies and gain experience points, I'm just waiting for a price drop and I heard there have been some issues with co-op as well, according to the games forums.

Co-Op seems to be working fine as far as I can tell. Thought I wish they would only let the party leader choose to go to a different zone. The arena I'm not sure about. Also, epbble you need to catch up, I just hit lvl18, and had my clearance level bumped up. Though I still have a ton of missions for Fyrestone. I should be home around 9:30 PST tonight to play some more.

Question...
What happens if i want play Borderlands with a friend in Coop but we choose the same Character at beginnig? There are just 4 to choose or isnīt it?
Really think about to buy the game. Please tell me a little bit more about gameplay and how the Coop-Mode is working.
Thanks

Basically you are just choosing the class of the character. You build it's stats depending on what you want. Same with weapons. Co-op has been great so far. We all rolled new characters tonight to play fresh together. It automatically shares missions, and the enemies scale based on how many people in the group.
