I protest a 24 hour ban on your Polite & Friendly Sever 1 this afternoon. The map was mp_vodka. I was banned for running & jumping without a warning. The only running & jumping I did was to jump from a second story to the round silo to the roof of the central building. You can't make that jump at a crouch.

If you can't make a spot without running to it, it is an invalid spot as you have to break the rules to get there.

If it was a kick for 1440 minutes and that was the only thing you did then it sounds excessive to me even if he thought you had done more than that. However you were given warnings then and this is something you've done before. Please stop running to jump across. I need to talk to the admin that did that and find out his/her side of the story. If you ran to get this accomplished then that was wrong and must get the warnings. This sounds like it could have been a mistake and if so I do apologize JungleGeorge. Let me check into the situation. Thank you for your posting this. I have talked to BK members and this is a repeated offense.You have been breaking the rules so you know better.

You were given several warnings for the thing. You're a usual on our servers and you break the rules often, therefore the length of a kick. You know the rules, so why do you break them?

This particular move (jump across the gap) is performed frequently by many players on this map, including BK members. Its the first time I've heard of anyone being punished for it, or even warned.

The best way to keep from getting in trouble is to think before you act. If you have to violate a server rule to accomplish your action, then don't do it. Pretty simple concept IMO...

I have seen you before and may I say thank you for playing on are server's. You know the rules and you have been warned on many occassion's by Admin which includes myself. When you come back, enjoy playing on any one of are servers and please just follow the rules.

Most of time the BK admins are good and extremely lenient to violators. I see way more warnings than should be given in my opinion, but my opinion means nothing, it's their server.

Just depends on the moods of admins and how frustrated the inane runners have made them and how much game time is lost babysitting. The mood of the servers at times is awkward because the regs following the rules are getting frustrated as well, because nothing is being done about runners.

One thing leads to another, and you got an excessive kick to serve as an example.

But ya know, if ya gota run to get to a spot then it's not allowed.

Unless...it's that one right outer building ledge on the German side of Downfall, where you have to run and jump across that blown-out floorboard section of the second floor. Been shot from there a million times by BK.

I do however see people jump to that vessel top all day long, as well as the one laying on it's side on Battery and right in front of admins. Maybe it's map dependant and how valuable the spot is to making kills.

You can, in fact, get across that without running.  I do it all the time.

I also can cross the water tower top on Revolution without running...1 out of 3 tries anyway
