Frappr announced they will be shutting down the "Classic" Frappr map as we use it today. See their post below:

For a mere $24.99 we will keep your Classic Guest Map up and running for one full year, through Dec 31, 2010. Simply go to the page of the map you want to save, and click the PayPal button, no PayPal account necessary.

I feel that this services is not worth 24.99 a year. I will be looking into a few new options for a feel a map like this is a nice feature for a team like ours but it is far from worth that money. We have backed up the data from the old map in hopes we can use it on the new one.

I think we should go with something new and add everyone current to it. The other one had so many old members, it really didn't give a good represenation of our world community. I do like the idea...not for that money though..

On another site I saw "Shmoogle Maps" which had a lot of the features of frappr.  It's one of several phpBB mods out there.  Just "google" and you'll see.  Don't know enough about phpBB to tell which ones are good.

orck it didn't just have a lot of  old BK members.  It was pics of allies and friends that we have played back in the days of BHD and Battlefield days.  ~SOV~ SOF, Dancom Delta, VHB and other clans that we had a lot of interaction with back in the day.  Just thought I would give a  little history lesson
