So far those of us who are looking forward to participating in the online PC beta from January 28th to February 25th, start collecting those penny jars scattered throughout the house and pre-order soon.

I could be wrong, but nowhere do i see the beta is ONLY available to pre-order customers. Could just be pre-order customers get priority, which is the case with most games.

sure it does, this is what it says "
Available for online customers only while supplies last. Not available for in-store or in-store pickup orders." It clearly states that it says its not available for in store pre-orders or pick-ups but is limited to online pre-orders only.
They talk about it more on bashandslash.com as well, just go to the site you can find it on the homepage
