I like AMD, last 4 setups have been AMD.  They have a 8 core coming out.

AMD is awesome for Desktop systems.  Intel is best for laptops.

Intel i series > AMD

You can build a i5 7xx series system (Quad Core / Turboboost if not OCing) for a very reasonable price.

No one needs a Phenom X6, most games don't even use 4 cores let alone 6.

i`ve had both, intel is faster but amd is cheaper,so its amd for me

Which is why I usually stick with AMD.  Price.

Gotta go with AMD for price, Intel all the way for performance. Intel's pipeline is almost a year ahead of AMD but when it comes down to it, it's up to the O/S and software to take advantage of all those cores... not always happening when you look under the hood.

Intel really isn't all that more than AMD. In most situation there prices are equal if not better than amd.

I actually run both.

Intel for my gaming rig.

AMD for my personal servers; cant beat the price where graphic rendering performamce is not an issue.

I love AMD

Have a Phenom II x4 955  Black Edition

easy over clock

quad core, love it, I dont have anything against Intel, but having this quad core is saawweeettt.  Would reccomend it to anyone
