Problem with posts since last visit

I have tryed to log out and still never has any new posts ?

If its the first thing you click on it will work. After you click on a post it will not work until more new posts are made.

I am clicking on it first and there is no new posts

then i will scroll thru the forums and find new posts
I have even tryed logging out when i leave

should i delete cookies when i leave also?
