If this were a game of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, team Jason West and Vince Zampella would be rage quitting after getting mercilessly pummeled by airstrikes and attack helicopters from team Activision. In the ongoing legal battle between the publisher and the creators of the Call of Duty franchise, West and Zampella allege Activision is intentionally drawing out the case in an effort to cause financial and professional havoc.
