Ok, here are some sites that have beta keys for the Rift Beta. It starts on the 25th of this month and lasts about 5 days, I believe.

I am located on the server bryiel.  Character names are Sekkong, Demitius and Baej.

Previous patches they hadnt reset the levels so Should be 25, 25, 15

My GF toon is also 15.
