It don't seem to matter what generation you are from, we have always had those who answer the call.....knowing that freedom is not free. I was proud to serve 45 years ago and I give thanks every day for all that served before and after my time.

Truer words could not have been spoken...well said PlainClothes...I proudly served in the Marine Corps...just as my father, brother, grandfather, great grandfather, uncles and great uncles and so many cousins did before in all the branches as well as nephews who currently serve in our Armed Forces...
I too give thanks to those that served before me, those that served with me, and those that continue to serve or one day will...you all will forever be in our hearts...

I'd like to echo the comments stated earlier and thank all of my fellow vets out there and to those that are still serving.
