11.4 gigs               I am in Eastern time zone. I am dl-ing it at my max connection speed.

I received 4 e-mails with-in 5 mins with instructions on how to dl the preload  lol

How fast is your d/l speed. How big is the file, and how long will it take?

Need info so I can extrapolate on how long mine will be

Mine is downloading now.  Stupid DSL is bottoming out at 567Kbs  (5 hours +)  Time to call the provider....sigh.

Installed mine earlier today - there is an upgrade required in the Origin application to run the BF3 download. Can't wait till the 25th now.

My max dl speed is 800 kb's/sec   :(     MaBell here where I live is slow....btw that's about the fastest dsl you can get in my area  
You can get about 2X the speed here on cable,but the wife says NO WAY   Booo X 2       :cry:
So it will take me about 5 hrs to dl it...time to move for better internet,then again the wife also said NO WAY  to that also  :cry:  X2

The next three and a half days are going to be utter torture.
