Greetings BK!

First let me say I really do enjoy your servers. I played BLOPS  a lot on your servers because of an enjoyable experience so I was happy to find that you have a B3 server going.

That been said, I was just punished in game for a TK, I'm not sure how this works or if it goes against you like a warning or something, I did apologize right away but hadn't realized I had actually tk'd until I got the warning.
I was firing from the tank long range at another tank and score a kill assist and destroyed tank, immediately after that is when it happened, I honestly didn't see I had tk'd someone and certainly not intentional.

I'm not saying it didn't happen I just wanted to say what I did and that I hope it doesn't go against me.I really enjoy playing on your servers.

TK's are set to 5 and you will be removed automatically. It's all about teamwork so communication is the key.
I'm bad at this and have TK'd a few of my buddies as well ;-(
Just apologise and carry on.

As Uchimata said it happens especially in BF3; it may be there was a lot going on at that time or there were players tk'ing for vehicles. If that happens members may have started throwing warnings out to remind everyone it is undesired, so you might have just been caught in that flurry of warnings. Like he said once you realize you did, just apologize and go on. Unless you start tking everyone we are not gonna hold it against you.

TKs in black ops kicks are controlled by the game server. We have no control over them sadly as it kicks you and says your banned for a map or two.

Just wait a bit and it will let you back in.

I believe this was in our BF3 server since he mentioned tanks. That being said...did you get kicked by an admin? I don't exactly understand what you mean by being punished in-game. Does that mean that an admin kicked you? As they stated above, you only get kicked after 5 tks.

Oh no Orck, I wasn't kicked, I was punished for Teamkill.

This is the message that pops up on the screen when it happens, (your name) was punished for teamkill.

I thought perhaps if this happens to often or so many times, you are then kicked.

if i remember correctly in arma (armed assault) if you tk'd someone you were put in a room that was playing ring ring ring banana phone constantly and each time you tk'd some one you had to spend longer in there, but this punished message sounds like an automated message from the game

Looking on the interweb there appears to be a ProCon plug-in for BFBC2 that allows players to be 'Punished for xxxx'. These including base_camping, base_killing and team_killing. I don't think we run with this plug-in on the servers.
