Need Help: Black Screen

Ever since the patch, I can't get into any games. Battlelog seems to be working fine, it loads the map, and when the game is finished loading and I go to it, all I get is a black screen, however, I can hear the battle raging on in the background. Same thing goes for Campaign and Co-op. All my drivers are up to date as well.

Can you Alt-Tab when this happens? Maybe you have a firewall or some other prgoram that detected the change and is asking for some sort of permission?

Try repairing your install. Open Origin, right-click BF3, and Repair Install. It only takes a minute or two and will inform you if it downloads anything.

Strand I had issues after the first one. I now have to turn off my firewall to get into server 1 and 2; it doesnt affect server 3 for some reason, but I get the same thing except it kicks me back out to the battlelog. Dont know if that will help you but its worth a try.

I read about UPNP-enabled routers giving issues. I turn it off in my router, and i now have few "unidentified" EA disconnects. I've never had the blackscreen problem, though.

Tried, all the router/firewall fixes, still to no avail...

And I doubt it would be my video card graphics, I have never had an issue with my setup, plus I use detect automatic settings anyways...
