Here is what I came up with using the picture you provided for your sig and avatar.  I took the liberty to camoflauge his shirt.   If you need help getting to show in the forums, let me know and I will help you set it up.  If you don't already, I would setup a Photo Bucket account at http://s584.photobucket.com it's free.  If you are not aware that would be the first step.
