I was wondering what TV shows everyone watches.

The wife and I just finished Big Love from HBO and are now watching Dexter. I'm a huge Battlestar Galactica fan as well as Arested Development.

So what shows do you watch?

"The Wire" is just about the best show ever. I suggest that. It's set in Baltimore and the first season foces on the PD and gang life, and with every season, they fold in politics, journalism, etc. It's quite authentic, and was created adn written by a well-seasoned retired journalist from Baltimore. It's from HBO and lasted for 5 seasons.

Pretty much any HBO show i will give a chance; Sopranos, Boardwalk Empire, Luck, Game of Thrones, Rome, Oz - all excellent shows.

I can never stomach CSI and other psuedo-science and police  shows that NBC/CBS/ABC airs, as they always seem too fake and I only find myself rolling my eyes while I watch them.  NCIS is about the only one i can manage to watch, and even then i find them a little cheesey.

I watch cartoons, to: Family Guy, American Dad, South PArk, Futurama - but my favourite has to be Archer.

I also love documentary shows like Unreported World, Frontline, BBC docs such as Life and Planet Earth, The Nature of Things, POV. On last vague count, i had over 700 documentaries between TV episodes and films.

AMC' The walking Dead....
The Myth busters...
That is pretty much it.... I'm not a big tv watcher.
I dont like our french tv, here in Quebec (Its way to much about $$$ and not enough teaching things to poeple....They use the same receipe over, and over, and over again.... "the more dumd they are, the more $ they give". thats the way our tv is thinking.)

I used to watch the "heroes" series to but, The Walking Dead realy hooked me.

I'm a fan of American Pickers, but for a current series I have to go with The Walking Dead (only 2 episodes left this season). You really should watch The Wire. It's as close as it gets for a police show. It's not just a shoot-em up, it gets into the politics of a police dept. I've been an officer for 20 years and can see the authenticity of the show.

Ghost Adventures, Whale Wars, Deadliest Catch, and a few movies here and there. Mostly I game on the computer, and don't waste much time on regular TV, its usually crap anyway.
