I say we keep it mixed just remove the flip play, and conquest

I like the mixed mode on server 1. With server 2 being conquest all the time we should exclude it from the rotation on 1. TDM is my favorite with a large number of players. There are a couple of servers I play on with 32 or more players and they seem to be always full.

Mixed mode is great, because it keeps it fresh and different, so you dont end up doing the same thing over and over again (i do enough of that at work).

Definitely agree that conquest should be omitted, as we have enough of that on server 2.  

Tanks and such should also be taken out, but I'm not sure about jeeps, jeeps only could be fun. (can you even choose between the two, or is it all or nothing?)

As for the map changes, the only time that really becomes annoying is when there is low population/high ticket count, so each round consequently takes 40 minutes.  doing the same map again with that situation is just annoying (and part of the reason why I drop out half the time).  

A couple of people mentioned no explosives, I'm not sure I agree with that point.  In CoD I can see it, because explosives are such a leg up, but in BF3 they are such an integral part of the game that i can't see it.  I mean, with no vehicles, no explosives would render the engineering class pointless.  And I don't like cutting that much of a Legitimate chunk of the gameplay out of our guests experience.  (as opposed to something like MAV riding, which is not legitimate)

I dunno aboujt that braxis. I can't tell you how many times I have been killed by smaws.  Seems to be more of a go to instant frag kill than even m320s.

I agree that explosives are too integral for people not to miss.

My reference to no explosive was only if we ran Metro 24/7. I do enjoy playing Metro with no explosive. With near 2300 claymore kills I do love explosives and agree they are an integral part of BF3

TDM/SDM/RUSH , single time per map, except RUSH (defense can be fun with a 249)
32 players: yes
Map rotation: small medium big (need to get out back-to-back instances of map on different modes)

Big things for me: 5 minute idle kick. Auto-balance during match. MAV riders can be shot by both sides.

If a BK member spawns onto a beacon that is set in an illegal position, destroy it. Warn others people off roof/position, then get down.

We could keep explosives exept smaw/rpg if we want the server to be infantry. There are some servers where smaw/rpg is forbidden.
