Flying an MD-11.  In addition loving BF3, I am also the assistant hub manager at Ontario CA for UPSVAC, a virtual airline.  Here are some screenshots of my flight today from Honolulu to Los Angeles:

Flight deck.

Cruising at FL390.

ATC just gave us descent clearance and direct to VTU (Ventura).  A look at the MFDs and the FMS.

I'll post a few more screenshots closer to landing.

Here's a couple more:

Descending via the SADDE6 arrival to cross VTU at 11000.  Ventura is directly off the nose.

On the tarmac at Los Angeles.

And you do this for real or fun?

I've always wanted to recreate some of my real flights (London-Hong Kong Island, London-JFK, London-Colorado, Canaries)

It's for fun but it is a high fidelity sim.  All those switches, knobs, buttons work like they do for real.  The MD-11 you see here is capable of nearly any of those flights you have listed, non-stop.

Yes, I've been a passenger on short-haul trips around Europe.
Surprised me when one of these took me all the way to Colorado ... didn't think it had the fuel capacity.

Pretty cool.
