Thought I drop this here for anyone who doesn't know
Nvidia has announced that it will be releasing a new set of custom graphics drivers just in time for the public beta test of Battlefield 3, allowing gamers with GeForce graphics cards to enjoy DICE's new shooter free from the spectre of driver incompatibilities.
The drivers are scheduled to go live on September 26, giving those with early access an entire day to download and install them before the beta kicks off.
Some GeForce card owners experienced issues during last year's Bad Company 2 beta, so Nvidia is going the extra mile to ensure its customers enjoy an optimal BF3 beta experience.
The BF3 public beta test is scheduled to run through to October 10.

Both ATI (well, AMD) and Nvidia release betas drivers for big releases.Which is nice.. certainly better than waiting for the regular release cycle. Though ATI more often releases it as a current-version "Hotfix".
