Hi, I bought BF3 recently and like it a lot. The problem I am having is that it's fairly complex and as a noob I get shot far too easily.
Since there aren't a lot of BF3 Bootcamps on I was wondering If someone could show me the ropes in-game. I would really appreciate the help!
Thank you!

Grave, if you want tomorrow night, lets get something going in the boot camp server, we can pull a couple of people in and run around.

roger that, that helped me when we first launched, not having the pressure on you to perform, just sitting in there and asking questions, and find spots, or working on strat, it works charms.

Practice. Yes, Bootcamps are good (nigh essential) for BF3, as there is a LOT to learn.
BF3 is pretty much my first Battelfield MP experience, and when I started out i was quite awful. It took me a bit to train my brain to spot guys more easily and to figure out general habits, which are quite different from Black Ops. I tend to move in bursts; sprint to a general area, than scan is a lot before moving in. Also keep in mind that all ballistic have drop beyond 100 metres or so, and make good use of the different firing modes on your weapons. (default is the V key)

If I'm online at that time Photek & GraveDigga, I'd love to join in to both help and learn a little.

You're welcome Gravedigga. It was a pleasure helping out a fellow BK member. Let us know if you would like to do some more training or if you're in game with me, join my squad and we can get you levelled up on the heavy equipment.
