I need to be able to punch a key an have a message come on the screen of call of duty waw
during game play for players not obeying the rules of the server.
i want this message to be in green.
PLEASE walk me thru it .

in game on the main menu bring up the console by pressing ` (tild) if this does not work you need to activate it from game options then
type  /bind <key> <command>

and obviously replace <key> with the key you want to bind and command with the command

you need to type something thing like

/bind 5 say ^2Please no Running this is a tactical server
