Backup your "settings'.db", which contains your Contacts, Bookmarks, and Hotkeys, which can be found in %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Ts3Client\. Then uninstall TS3, then open up Explorer and delete your \Users\[username]\Appdata]Roaming\TS3Client\ folder.
Then go grab the newest TS3 Client install (32bit or 64bit), install it, and shove that settings/db back into the root install folder.
Then, all should be peachy.

Hi Abram
Just got around to trying and follwo your instrutions. I do not see "setting.db" file to save. I see a "backup" folder that contains contact, etc.
Is this what I should make a copy of? I attached a jpg showing the directory structure.

Hi
I also have a teamspeak folder under "local". The other image was a Teamspeak folder under "roaming".

Very sorry, the settings.db is in \AppData\Roaming\TS3Client\ along with that Backup folder, not in your install folder.
Settings.db and \Backup\ were introduced 2 or 3 TS3 versions ago; it used to be that the \Roaming\TS3Client\ folder had separate bookmark/Contact,/etc. files that would sometime get corrupted. Introducing the cumulative settings.db and backup folder was to alleviate that problem. So you only need to save settings.db, and place it back after your fresh install. Upon first launch, TS3 will use that file to create ta new \Backup folder and separate the contents. I can only assuem that only saving the B\Backup fodler will generate a new settings.db, but I'm not sure.
Myself, I've never had a TS3 folder in \Local\.. perhaps it's from a 32-bit install? I've never used anything but 64-bit. Or perhaps a very old version.
