We are a young group of companies specializing in niche areas of the financial and capital markets. Our sister companies include an options centric brokerage-neutral advanced analytics trading platform, a private equity fund, and a private loan company.
We are looking for a sharp team player who wants to grow with our companies. Although some experience is needed, aptitude and drive are more important. The ideal candidate is both a numbers person and a people person.
Duties include:
Accounts Receivables for multiple business models
Accounts Payable for multiple entities
Mange income/outgoing wire transfer for multiple bank accounts
ADP payroll and manual payroll
Create complex Excel spreadsheets for day to day metrics
Manage files for multiple entities - applications, contracts, employee, vendors, etc.
Maintain office, supplies, kitchen, conference room, etc.
Oversee executive travel, and trade show coordination
Client services liaison - email statements, answer phones, calendar appointments, etc.
Special projects - research new vendors, audit investor deposits/withdrawals, order holiday gifts, etc.
