I posted earlier today how to get the pistol shortcut for free.  I found the details for the DMR shortcut kit.  It is free for Premium Members only.  Log into battlelog and then goto the "News" section or click this link. There is a "Latest News" section that tells how to get the free kits.  Premium members need to click on the "Premium Giveaway" button under the instructions.  That will unlock all of the current DMRs for you.  This is valid until 2/24/2014.  After that, they will be giving away the shortcut kit for the hand grenades and shotguns (sorry Silexx).
