I have a problem
I lost my pumped levels of prestige and weapons in Call of Duty World at War yesterday . Maybe someone knows how it happened?

Depends on your system but through computer - program files- common files - app data - profiles - W@W folder. I am not sure this 100% correct as i am not on my system right now, so maybe someone else can add to this to assist.

I would also check you profile in W@W to make sure it is the same

Others including me have this same problem. The error I get says that I can not connect to online. But then it lets me in but my profiles are greyed out and not accessible. I can play but only with default setting as if I am starting again and rank up. Some say starting in solo then switching to multiplayer brings the old profile back but that did not work for me. Again many of us have this problem! I use disc not Steam and my disc won't read by my machines!

OK new update = just tried my game and everything works fine now - it just happened all by itself!!!!????!!!! All profiles are there. Whatever.........

Coyote711 - if you will put your email address in the forum post I can send you the route to get to your profile config and the directions on how to reset your player stats if they
                    are not totally gone . I would also advise to save your profile when you get it restored on a USB flash drive where you can update it when you rank up and that
                    will let you be able to easily replace it if you lose it again.
