Hey,
as i play cod4 pretty often these days (dont have BO yet) i found a real, i mean, really really cool mod server that have a lot of maps.
From  every game of the Cod serie, i do believe that there is a map from MoH too and some more costums...
They even add the crossbow from BO recently.

It's a mod server so...and run and gun.
If you still have cod4 installed and want to go in.... maybe make a back-up of your profile first.
