I have problems with my Comp. It freezes, and the prosessors go to the roof.

Are you running Windows 7 or VISTA??  Do you get a BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) or just a lock up?

If your CPU is maxing, something else is running in the background!  Have you recently run a full anti-virus and and full spyware scan on your system??

Also dumping junk files out of your History/Temp Folders will help your performance.

Finally if you have a Registry cleaner, I would suggest that you run that too!!   (A good program is CCleaner, and you can get it for free and it will get rid of your junk files and clean the registry)

I have Vista. And it is a lock up on my cores. Not BSOD.

So i think it is a junk file prob. I will check it out.
